This Privacy Policy describes how Gooey Audio Research ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with our applications and services, including our iOS apps (collectively, the "Apps").
This policy applies to all Apps published by Gooey Audio Research, including Ripple. If an individual App has data practices that differ from those described here, those differences will be disclosed in that App's listing or in a supplemental policy.
We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information or user data from our Apps. All user interactions, settings, and content created within the Apps remain on your device. We do not operate backend servers that receive data from the Apps, and we do not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
When you download or use an App from the App Store, Apple may collect certain information (such as crash reports, App Store analytics, and purchase records) under Apple's own privacy policy. We do not control this collection. For more information, please see Apple's Privacy Policy.
Our Apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because we do not collect any user data, no information from children is gathered through the Apps.
Because we do not collect any personal information, there is no personal data for us to access, correct, or delete. Residents of jurisdictions such as the European Economic Area (GDPR) and California (CCPA) have rights regarding their personal information; those rights apply to data we do not hold.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. If future Apps or features collect data, we will update this policy before that collection begins.
